Apple has approved the Epic Games Store for iOS users in Europe, Reuters reported.
Before the store was approved, Epic Games accused Apple of obstructing the process. The moderators rejected the documents submitted for the launch of the store due to the similarity of the design of buttons and elements to the App Store.
The dispute between Apple and Epic Games has been going on since 2020. The game developer accused the corporation of violating antitrust laws due to a 30% commission on in-game purchases on iOS.
