The largest dividend benefit was received by Lukoil Chairman Vagit Alekperov over the stated period – 186 billion rubles. Previously, Alekperov took first place in the Forbes ranking of Russian billionaires. His fortune increased from $20.5 billion to $28.6 billion.
According to the data of the Federal Property Management Agency, in 2023 the federal budget received dividends from state-owned enterprises in the amount of 339 billion rubles. In 2022, this amount was twice as high – 753 billion rubles.
The largest payers include Rosneftegaz, ALROSA, Rosneftegaz, RusHydro and Transneft.
