The Boosty platform, which became one of the most popular content monetization platforms after the blocking of Patreon in the country, reported that the problem is on the side of the credit institutions.
“We are already actively working on solving this problem. Unfortunately, not everything depends on us: delays are often due to technical work by banks,” the message says.
They warned that withdrawals may be unstable for several days. The company is starting to work with a new partner.
In the comments to the post, users report that they have been unable to withdraw funds to VK Pay for several days.
The author of one comment has been talking about the problem since June 28. Others point out that the funds arrive without delay.
Last summer, Kommersant wrote that the company that runs the My.Games service was negotiating its sale and that VK was one of the potential buyers.
