Manzana announced its new line of M3 processors that will be used in the 24-inch iMac, MacBook Pro and other future devices. Despite the advancements in technology, there is one section that doesn’t seem to matter much to Cupertino residents: peripherals. He iMac with M3 will come with a Magic Keyboard and a Magic Mouse with a Lightning connector.
The product website states that all three variants of the 24-inch iMac will be sold with products using Lightning. All configurations are offered with Magic Mouse, and the two most expensive include Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. Box Lightning to USB-C cable included which can be connected to one of the ports located behind the screen.
While the inclusion of a Lightning connector and cable is no surprise, the fact that Apple insists on keeping a peripheral like the Magic Mouse unchanged is absurd. A wireless mouse not only uses its own port, but also you’ll have to place it face up to loadwhich means it cannot be used in emergency situations.
The Magic Mouse debuted eight years ago with the 21-inch iMac 4K. During all this time, Apple had the opportunity to improve it and eliminate one of its most unpleasant characteristics. However, the most they’ve done is offer it in a variety of colors to bundle the 24-inch iMac and Mac Studio.
Regular Magic Mouse will be included with the new iMac M3
During your event Scary fastApple has introduced an update to the 24-inch iMac. The colorful desktop debuts with the M3 chip, a new generation of Apple Silicon that delivers nearly twice the performance of its predecessor.

The package includes a Magic Mouse and a Magic Keyboard, both with Lightning connectors, as well as a cable to connect them to one of the USB-C ports.
If you want to buy them separately, Magic Mouse costs 85 euros. in the white version, and the black version costs 109 euros. In both cases, a Lightning to USB-C connector is offered, however, if you lose it, you will have to pay 25 euros for a replacement.
Is It’s hard to predict whether Apple’s Magic Mouse will replace. Besides the inconvenience of the charging port, the mouse offers a pleasant macOS experience. In addition to this, the technology company opposed the adoption of the USB-C standard, saying that “it does not promote innovation.”
