Wildberries contributed 15 legal entities to the structure of a joint venture with Russ
As Interfax writes with reference to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, since July 11, the structure of RVB includes the following legal entities: Wildberry SK LLC, VB Dubna LLC, VB Go LLC, VB Blagoveshchensk LLC, Vasilisa LLC, LLC “VB Volga”, LLC “VB Aleksin”, LLC “VB Yelabuga”, LLC “VB Fashion”, LLC “VB Industry”, LLC “Domashnyaya Polyana”, LLC “VB Engineering”, LLC “VB Nevinnomyssk”, VB Kotovsk LLC, VB Fashion LLC and VB Trend LLC.
The market’s press service informed the publication that the merger process is underway.
RVB LLC was established on July 4 as part of a merger of companies; the authorized capital of the structure is 20 million rubles. The legal entity is 65% owned by Wildberry LLC, the remaining 35% belongs to Steen LLC (owned by Russ Outdoor LLC).
The day before, Wildberries announced the first joint project after partnering with Russ. In the autumn, sellers on the site will have access to the group’s digital designs.
On July 12, the press service announced that the Russ Group had acquired 100% of the Sochi-based outdoor advertising operator Party. As RB.RU has learned, the group’s share of the outdoor advertising market in Sochi will be more than 40%.
