As Forbes writes citing a source, CEO Olga Naumova, CEO Alexey Dukhanin and CFO Irina Matachunas left the company in early July.
Namuova was appointed to the position in May 2024. Prior to that, she held senior positions at Magnit and X5 Group.
According to Forbes’ source, Naumova’s departure was due to disagreements with the company’s owners.
“Naumova thought she would manage the proceedings, but Tatyana (Bakalchuk) was not going to give up control,” the publication quotes the source as saying.
In 2019, Naumova also left Magnit due to disagreements with the board of directors.
As the source of the publication clarifies, CEO Alexey Dukhanin and CFO Irina Matachunas also left Wildberries in July.
When asked by the publication, Naumova said she “does not comment on rumours.” Matachunas did not respond to the request; Dukhanin referred them to Wildberries’ press service, which did not comment.
Olga Naumova was tasked with focusing on improving the operational efficiency of warehousing and transport logistics. She was also expected to oversee the development of pick-up points and improving customer experience.
