Avito has identified the cities with the cheapest rent for one-room apartments. These are Bryansk, Kirov and Yaroslavl; for example, in Bryansk such an apartment will cost 15 thousand rubles per month, in Yaroslavl – 16.5 thousand rubles. The most expensive rent for one-room apartments in Sochi is 60 thousand rubles per month.

Bryansk, Kirov and Yaroslavl are the cities with the cheapest one-room apartments for rent. Avito Real Estate came to this conclusion based on the results of a data analysis on its platform.
In Bryansk, renting a one-room apartment will cost 15 thousand rubles a month. In Kirov it will cost 16 thousand rubles, in Yaroslavl – 16.5 thousand rubles.
The most expensive rental price for one-room apartments is in Sochi. In a resort town, renting a one-room apartment for a month will cost 60 thousand rubles. Moscow (53 thousand rubles) and St. Petersburg (35 thousand rubles) are also in the top three in terms of high rental costs.
According to Avito Real Estate, the average rental price for a one-room apartment in Russia in July 2024 was 25 thousand rubles per month.
