T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff) has opened access to its large language model T-lite. It is designed to create artificial intelligence solutions for a wide range of business problems, according to a statement from the bank.

T-Bank opened access to its own T-lite language model
The T-lite language model was developed by the bank’s Artificial Intelligence Center. The model is available for developers.
It is reported that T-lite demonstrates the best results in solving business problems in Russian among open models with a size of 7-8 billion parameters.
As the press service notes, the model offers developers the opportunity to create their own business solutions based on artificial intelligence without transferring data to third parties. In particular, they could be support assistants for processing requests, answering questions, etc.
The organization claims that after additional training for certain tasks, the model provides answers to queries whose quality is comparable to that of models with 20 billion parameters.
In the MERA test (created by AI Alliance), T-lite outperformed ChatGPT 3.5, the press service clarifies.
T-lite is part of Gen-T, a family of language models developed by T-Bank. They are specialized for enterprise tasks.
