According to the data of the Kontur.Focus service, on July 18, the individual entrepreneur AA Tatulova ceased her operations due to the adoption of the corresponding decision.
In April 2024, the Russian Ministry of Justice recognized Anastasia Tatulova as a foreign agent. The reason for granting the status was Tatulova’s speech against military operations on the territory of Ukraine.
In 2023, Tatulova reported that a “large-scale operation” had been launched against her and her family to deport her from the country. According to her, inspections have begun in Anderson establishments: in each cafe there are five “guardians of the law” who “intimidate employees”, and “authority officials” exceed their powers and do not allow the cafe to operate.
In the fall of 2023, Vkusville bought the Anderson chain and all its main assets, estimated at 600-800 million rubles.
However, this was not the end of the claims of government authorities against the businessman’s business. In May 2024, the Federal Tax Service announced that it had taxed the Anderson network with an additional 500 million rubles in taxes for the period from 2019 to 2021.
