Novosibirsk S7 Group announced the merger of three subsidiaries: CJSC S7 Group of Companies, LLC S7 Information Technologies and LLC Invest Finance. The procedure began on July 10, RBC Novosibirsk reported.

S7 Group announced the merger of three companies
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, S7 Information Technologies and Invest Finance will cease operations after the reorganization. The S7 Group of Companies will continue to operate.
The S7 press service reported that the planned reorganization is related to the holding’s internal processes aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
CJSC S7 Group of Companies is registered in Moscow. As of the end of 2023, the legal entity’s revenue amounted to 3.9 billion rubles, and net profit – 37 billion rubles. The company owns the S7 Logistic and Citrus trademarks.
S7 Information Technologies LLC is registered in Novosibirsk. Last year, revenue reached 1.5 billion rubles, and net profit – 78.6 million rubles. The organization develops software products for S7 Group divisions, and also ensures the operation of the corporate network and support of the agent network for the sale of airline tickets.
Invest Finance LLC is registered in Moscow, the founder is CJSC S7 Group of Companies. The legal entity’s revenue in 2023 amounted to 334 thousand rubles, net profit – 178.9 million rubles.
