In total, the service has received 21,144 complaints since the beginning of the year.

It is noted that their number has decreased due to a decrease in the number of complaints from “professional whistleblowers.” The transition of a number of clients to closed methods of contracting on specialized electronic platforms also played a role.

Of the total number of complaints received, the antimonopoly service examined 17,180. As a result, only 40%, or 6,963 complaints, were considered justified.

The agency also identified 10,789 violations. Most of these were related to the posting of information in the Unified Procurement Information System and the establishment of documentation requirements.
