The ATM is equipped with an AI passport scanner that analyzes documents using more than 60 parameters in three ranges: optical, ultraviolet and infrared. The system detects tampering, checks for security features such as fluorescent fibers and ink, and detects tampering with the document, including photo-banding.

Smart Engines CEO Vladimir Arlazarov noted that AI can sometimes cope with tasks that are beyond the power of humans, providing high accuracy and reliability. Developers believe that the “digital office” will significantly increase the availability of banking services and expand the geographical presence of banks.
