In a recent op-ed for the New York Times, Karp responded to criticism Palantir has faced for its collaborations with the U.S. military, police forces, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“I will not apologize for protecting the United States government at the border, protecting special forces, bringing people home,” Karp said.

The media noted that although the Palantir CEO rarely gives interviews, his statements provide insight into his “political views” that are rarely made public.
