Last Wednesday (21) JBL announced the arrival of two new TWS headphones for the Brazilian market. The JBL Live Beam 3 and the JBL Live Buds 3, both from the same series, were launched with a focus on daily use and have a battery life of up to 48 hours and touchscreen cases.

Starting with the similarities, both the Live Beam 3 and Live Buds 3 are in-ear headphones with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. Both models come with very similar Smart Charging Case charging cases that feature a small, customizable 1.45-inch touchscreen that lets you control volume, play music, etc.

Both devices also work with similar driver technologies. The manufacturer states that both have 10mm dynamic drivers with the JBL Signature sound signature and spatial sound. There’s even adaptive noise cancellation with personalized control and four microphones to detect unwanted noise.

High price and plenty of battery

But the JBL Live Beam 3 is a closed-back headphone with six microphones. This model has a powerful battery life of up to 48 hours, multipoint connectivity for connecting multiple devices simultaneously, and IP55 protection against dust and splashes.
