Avito Works analysts surveyed 10,000 Russians and found out the number of those who are ready to move from their hometown to a new job. It turned out that 30% of respondents were ready to take such a step. The results of the survey are available to RB.RU.

It should be noted separately that 11% of respondents are actively interested in working outside their city, and the rest can move under certain conditions or to specific regions.

At the same time, 32% have already done so before, 18% have done so several times and 14% have decided to do so for the first time. Men are more willing to change location (24% versus 14%). Those who left other regions for work reasons found work in construction and real estate (48%), the automotive sector (42%), banking and investments (42%), art, entertainment and media (40%).

The key points that may further push Russians to move are the offer of high salaries and bonuses (70%), rental of housing by a company or compensation for its cost (51%), paid relocation and assistance in settling in a new place (42%).

Earlier, RB.RU wrote that in the last summer month in Russia, interest in babysitting services increased by 43%.
