These results were obtained from a survey of more than 400 business representatives from all regions of Russia. The research was conducted by the Rabota.ru and SberPodbor services, and the results were shared by RIA Novosti.
Only 18% of respondents are looking for candidates for a position among those who already work in the company, but who would like to advance in their professional career.
At the same time, almost the same number of respondents (17%) make up the potential employee base among the dismissed employees, i.e. they are willing to give them a second chance. As well as those candidates who, for some reason, did not pass the interview the first time, but the vacancy was opened again (42%).
75% invite candidates for a second meeting if they have made a good impression, and 17% are even willing to invite candidates for a position in another department if there is mutual sympathy.
