A new participant has entered the capital of the Verme platform for planning and optimizing work schedules for line employees. Nikolay Galyanov received 5% of the company. This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, which RB.RU drew attention to.

Since August 26, 2024, Nikolay Galyanov owns 5% of Verme LLC. Olga Shekhodanova’s share decreased from 33.5% to 28.5%, the rest of the participants remained unchanged: Dmitry Shekhodanov – 46%, Evgeniy Vizgalov – 10%, Dmitry Belsky – 7.5%, Frii Invest LLC – 3%.

According to Kontur.Focus database, Nikolay Galyanov is also the CEO of My Smena LLC, which is 100% owned by Invent Service LLC. The founders of the latter are Olga and Dmitry Shekhodanov, Evgeny Vizgalov and Nikolay Galyanov.


“My Shift” is a free mobile app for finding part-time work near home in large retail chains. It is part of the Verme ecosystem.


Verme was founded in 2016, is based in Skolkovo and is a portfolio company of the IIDF. Its main product is the eponymous cloud solution for automating line staff scheduling.

Its clients include M.video, Leroy Merlin, Econika and others. According to its own data, Verme implemented 50 projects in 2024.
