“At the current rate of government spending, the United States is rapidly approaching bankruptcy. Excessive spending is what drives inflation,” Musk said.
The US Congressional Office has released a report, according to which the country’s national debt will grow to 166% of GDP over the next 30 years, but there is a risk that this figure could rise to 250%. During Joe Biden’s presidency, the US national debt increased from $28 trillion to $34.5 trillion in 2024.
Elon Musk also believes that US Vice President Kamala Harris’ victory in the presidential election promises mass hunger in the United States. Experts praised Harris’ plans to introduce a program to limit food prices.
