Delivery is currently carried out in 30 cities of Russia. By the beginning of the second half of the year, the network had grown by 34%, i.e. 127 outlets. The team is developing not only the usual dark kitchens in dark stores, but also new offline formats: dishes have appeared in the food corners of VkusVill chain stores and in shopping centres.
New cities of presence: Ufa, Ivanovo, Saransk, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Saratov, Yekaterinburg, Anapa, Telman, Pskov, Novorossiysk, Naberezhnye Chelny and Cherepovets.
“After the rebranding, Sgoryach has stepped up its marketing efforts. The VkusVilla sub-brand participates in open-air events, more than 7 thousand dishes were sold at such festivals as: “Wild Mint”, Summer Sound, Fest Eats, “Sky”, “Tolstoy” theatre festival and a summer festival for T-Bank clients: T-Yard,” the company’s press service noted.
In the sales structure, the second course category occupies the first place, with a share of 31%. Also popular are breakfasts (20%), sandwiches and hamburgers (15%), combos and family meals (10%) and soups (9%).
VkusVill launched the collection of recyclable materials with delivery at the end of August. The company’s clients can hand over the accumulated fractions (5PP and waste paper) to the courier who brought the order from their store.
