“The CEO of Delimobil acquired shares in PJSC Carsharing Russia on September 2 as part of trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange,” the press service said.

Bekhtina plans to further increase the proportion of Delimobil shares she owns, which the company says indicates her confidence in the company’s growth prospects.

Bekhtina has been serving as the company’s CEO since October 2020. Under her leadership, in February 2024, Delimobil raised over 4 billion rubles during an initial public offering on the Moscow Stock Exchange, becoming the first public car-sharing operator in Russia.

The majority shareholder of Delimobil is its founder Vincenzo Trani. He is also the founder of the Mikro Kapital Group fund. The free float of the carsharing service is 9%.

The board of directors of Delimobil (PJSC Carsharing Russia) recommended at the end of August the first dividend in the company’s history in the amount of 175.9 million rubles for the first half of the year.

Delimobil was launched in 2015 and operates in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara, Togliatti, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Tula, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi and Ufa. The project’s fleet includes 30 thousand cars and the number of registered users exceeds 10 million.
