“We believe that at the initial stage, our own investments allow us to maintain full control over the strategic development of the project and quickly make important decisions,” explained the founder of Sweetify.

At the same time, over the next year and a half, the company plans to attract 15-30 million rubles of private investment. The money is planned to be used for product development, marketing and platform expansion.

What does Sweetify do?

Sweetify is a platform that provides bakers with tools to place orders, set up business processes and promote their services, and users with the ability to order cakes or desserts from a catalog.

The platform aims to simplify the interaction between customers and bakers. Each baker can customize their own marketing strategy using cashback systems, discounts, coupons and personalized offers. Entrepreneurs also have access to sales analytics.

According to the company’s forecasts, the niche market will continue to grow in 2025 with an emphasis on customization and the integration of new features. Sweetify estimates the market for private pastry chefs at 70,000 people.

The startup plans to capture up to 25% of this market by 2025 and expects annual revenues of up to 270 million rubles by 2028. Yadreev mentioned Flowwow, Avito and Yandex Food as competitors of the project.

The application will be launched in Moscow and will subsequently be available in the markets of St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don and other cities.

Starting in 2025, Sweetify plans to introduce a freemium subscription, which will allow bakers to use basic features for free and purchase more advanced tools.

Sweetify’s legal entity, Sweetify LLC, was registered in Yakutia in January 2024, according to Rusprofile data. The authorized capital is 10 thousand rubles. According to the founder of the project, the company now has 8 specialists.

Robert Yadreev is also a co-founder of the Yakut application for searching for nannies “under supervision.” Now the sole owner of this project is Violetta Nikitina. Yadreev told RB.RU that he remained in this company as an observer.

“The project is still running and fulfilling its strategic objectives. Since it does not require operational management, I decided to devote my free time to a new startup,” he explained.
