High-end GPUs like the Nvidia Blackwell can cost between $30,000 and $40,000. Artificial intelligence data center services company CyrusOne recently raised $7.9 billion in debt to equip its facilities with the latest accelerators, following a $1.8 billion capital raise earlier this year.
Similarly, CoreWeave raised $1.1 billion in funding in May and then raised another $7.5 billion in debt financing. Another major player, Lambda, raised $320 million in January and a $500 million loan this spring to expand its GPU clusters.
