Telegram Vice President Ilya Perekopsky has registered in Russia as an individual entrepreneur, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

According to the register, individual entrepreneur Ilya Evgenievich Perekopsky was registered on September 9, 2024 by the St. Petersburg tax inspectorate. His main economic activity is renting and management of owned or leased real estate, other types of which include, in particular, software development, purchase and sale of own real estate.
Ilya Perekopsky became Vice President of Telegram in 2018. Prior to joining Telegram, Perekopsky was Vice President of VKontakte from 2008 to 2014. After leaving the company, he pursued his own projects: he founded the financial company Blackmoon Financial Group and the blockchain startup Blackmoon Crypto.
