For the first time in a year, the Central Administrative District (CAO) was among the ten districts of the capital with the highest number of completed transactions of new buildings in August 2024. The rating was published on the Rosreestr portal.

TiNAO took first place, with 2.5 thousand equity participation agreements (EPA) registered there, which is 29.3% of the total number of them on the Moscow real estate market.
The result of Novy Moskva is 1.2 times higher than the total number of primary transactions registered by CJSC (13.2%, 1.1 thousand DDU) and the Southern Administrative District (11.2%, 968 DDU), which are on the second and third lines of the rating, respectively.
In fourth place was the South-Eastern Administrative District (9.6%, 830 DDU), in fifth place was the North-Western Administrative District (9.2%, 797 DDU), and in sixth place was the North-Eastern Administrative District (704 DDU). The seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth lines of the ranking were occupied by the Northern Administrative District (576 residential units), the Central Administrative District (4.9%, 421 residential units), the Eastern Administrative District (378 residential units) and the South-Western Administrative District (256 residential units). ZelAO took the last place (0.6%, 54 DDU).
Moreover, from January to August 2024, the leading position in the demand for new buildings was occupied by TiNAO (29.7%, 26 thousand DDU), and the second and third lines were also occupied by CJSC (12.5%, 11 thousand DDU) and Southern Administrative District (11.2%, 9.9 thousand DDU). In last place is ZelAO (0.7%, 609 DDU).
