It will also be possible to submit a written complaint on paper during a personal meeting at the multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services (MFC).

The Ministry of Defense reminded that during the autumn conscription, from October 1 to December 31, recruits will only be sent paper summonses. “They will be delivered personally to recruits against signature and through certified letters,” the military department said.

How to suspend a decision to enlist

According to the latest edition of art. 28 of the Federal Law “On Military Service and Military Service”, the appeal of the decision of the district conscription commission to the conscription commission of the subject does not suspend the decision on conscription.

The decision to write can be suspended by judicial means. To do this, a motion for preliminary relief must be filed with the complaint. It may be rejected, in which case it will be necessary to appeal against the court’s ruling to a higher court.
