A new version of Telegram 11.2 has been released, which introduces several new features.
Users can now send gifts to a friend for Telegram Stars. They look like animated images that you can add a message to.
Gifts will be made on a separate tab in the user profile. The recipient will be able to exchange it for part of the cost in stars.
App developers can also use Telegram to send verification codes to their users. Codes are paid through the Fragment platform at a cost of $0.01 per code. All codes will be sent to a special chat.
