Some users already have blue checkmarks next to verified links to company websites in Google search results. These icons mean that the page is real and not a fraudulent “clone.” Google has not officially announced the innovation.

According to The Verge, testing is in its early stages and only a small number of users see the blue checkmarks. Google spokeswoman Molly Shaheen said the company is constantly experimenting with new features to help users find trustworthy information on the Internet.

Previously, on October 4, Google first commented on the situation with the removal of YouTube channels and the loss of access to paid subscriptions for some users. The company called it a mistake and promised to fix the problem.
