Bakalchuk could not prove that he notified his wife about the 350 billion ruble claim.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region postponed the case for a month until the necessary evidence was received. The court documents indicate that a day after this decision, additional documents were received from the businessman, but their essence is not revealed.

The businessman filed a lawsuit against his wife on October 4 with the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region. The court postponed consideration of his application for a month, until November 7, due to lack of evidence of notification to his wife and Wildberry LLC. The third defendant is RVB LLC, a joint venture of Wildberries and the Russ group, to which Tatyana Bakalchuk transferred, according to her husband’s estimates, assets worth 350 billion rubles before the divorce. Bakalchuk notified this defendant of his plans to file suit.

“There is no evidence of proper notification of Wildberries LLC and citizen Tatyana Vladimirovna Bakalchuk by sending a copy of the statement of claim in the submitted package of documents,” the court materials say. Bakalchuk also failed to provide evidence that he sent a copy of the claim to five of the 24 disputed companies transferred to RVB.

Simultaneously with the filing of the statement of claim, the plaintiff filed a request for provisional measures, but the court did not consider it.

On October 4, Vladislav Bakalchuk reported on his Telegram channel that the amount of claims under this arbitration claim exceeds 350 billion rubles, a figure he estimated in the assets illegally transferred by his wife. Bakalchuk demanded that the transactions on the transfer of assets from Wildberries to the merged company be invalidated. We are talking about shares of 24 legal entities and the transfer of rights to manage the WB.RU domain. Bakalchuk demands that RVB be forced to return the company and restore domain management rights.

Assets include warehouses, logistics facilities, trucks, Wildberries bank, trademarks, software, website and much more. Bakalchuk added that the mentioned amount of 350 billion rubles is “only a preliminary estimate” and during the process “could increase significantly.”

On October 8, the Savelovsky Court in Moscow upheld Bakalchuk’s lawsuit against Kim to invalidate the alienation transactions of assets jointly acquired by the spouses, including the Wildberries.ru domain. The couple plans to divorce, but even before the court decision they began to divide the market. On September 18, one of the conflicts ended in a shootout in which two people died.
