If you want to get the best performance with this budget, there is no point in buying new video cards (and there are no suitable options among new ones), just buy refurbished ones.
In general, the fastest graphics card in this budget will be the RX 590. You can choose the GTX 1070 instead, but only if you make sure it’s in good shape, there will be very few such copies left. It is better to buy RX 590 in higher versions such as Sapphire Nitro+.
The safest option in this budget is the 1650 Super. But as of 2024 there is very little video memory – 4 GB. Although it is suitable for eSports games that are not particularly demanding.
RX 5500XT 8 GB can be considered a newer analogue of the RX 580. It was also used in mining, but due to the later version, these video cards wore out less.
This includes 1660 Super and Ti for 10-12 thousand rubles, 5600 XT for the same price (Radeon will be more powerful for the money).
In its used form, you can take the RTX 2060 Super and RX 6600 – these two models have the same performance in games, but the Radeon RX is younger than Nvidia and has not been used much in mining.
RTX 2060 6 GB and 12 GB are not worth buying due to the high price.

It is better not to buy 12 GB 3060 and 3060 Ti video cards in budget versions (Palit Dual) due to high temperatures and noise, and in 3060 Ti Palit Dual the Hynix video memory is often problematic to this day.

RTX 3070 also needs to be purchased in its mid-budget versions. Preferably with three fans.
Among the new video cards in online stores it is worth considering the RX 6600. This model has no competitors. You should definitely not buy Sapphire Pulse from the versions; It is better to choose PowerColor Fighter and ASRock Challenger.
The RTX 3050 is not worth buying at all due to its poor performance compared to its current price. It’s also better to avoid Intel ARC; They are faulty and will be impossible to sell due to near zero demand.
Among the new video cards, there are two leaders: 4060 and 7700 XT. RTX 4060 is almost the same in all versions, but it is better to choose the option with two coolers. RTX 3070, 3080, RX 6800, 6800 XT, 6900 XT are now available on the secondary market (there is no point in buying a 3070 Ti since the price is about the same as the 3080 and the amount of memory is 8 GB for 1440p resolution). It is worth looking at such hot and powerful video cards only in the best and best versions. Also between a used 3080 with a good design and a used 4070 with the simplest version, it is better to choose the latter – because 4070 can be taken in almost any version, even Palit Dual, the video card is cold, does not cause problems and is not in the risk zone.
The most successful young model in this budget is the RX 7800 XT. Buy in versions such as PowerColor Fighter, PowerColor Hellhound. ASRock Steel Legend, ASRock Phantom Gaming, Sapphire Pure, Sapphire Nitro+. The same versions are also suitable for the 7900 GRE.
RTX 4070 can be purchased with any design with two coolers. This could be Palit Dual, Zotac Twin Edge, MSI Ventus 2X. Just buy the cheaper option.
There is no point in buying RTX 4070 Ti, because it is on average 10 thousand rubles more expensive than the standard 4070, but it is not much faster.
The 4070 Super model is worth buying in the three-cooler version. But there is no point in overpaying for top performances here. You can also get Palit Dual if you know how to low voltage and other versions of 4070 Super are much more expensive. In other cases, you can take Gigabyte Eagle, for example.
The RTX 4070 Ti Super looks like a “neither fish nor fowl” option at current prices. On the one hand, in a modern RTX you get 16 GB of video memory and almost 4080 level performance, on the other hand, their price is now very high and there is a possibility soon after the release of the RTX 5000. The price will drop. But if you want to buy this particular model, you can buy almost any version. Cheap ones – for example, Palit GameRock or Palit Jetstream or Gainward Phoenix. Or Gigabyte Windforce if you need a small cooling headroom without paying too much for older versions.
You can get both upper and mid-range versions of the 4080, 4080 Super and 4090. There won’t be much difference between them. The same goes for high-end AMD options. True, due to the imminent release of RTX 5000 and the revision of all prices for old video cards, there is no point in buying them yet.
