“As a result of the night terrorist attack on the production and administrative buildings of the plant, the power supply was interrupted, special power supply facilities were damaged, and technological production chains were disrupted,” the statement said. The company clarified that the attack occurred on the night of October 19.

Now the plant “has difficulties in purchasing spare parts for the restoration of technological and energy infrastructure equipment,” the builders are examining the possibility of repairing the damage, said the company’s general director, Oleg Dantsev.

Previously, the Ministry of Defense reported that on the night of October 19, 16 drones were destroyed, including 13 drones over the territory of the Bryansk region.

Silicon The Group produces integrated circuits, discrete semiconductors, silicon structures and power modules. According to its own data, the company’s revenue in 2021 amounted to 3.7 billion rubles. The company employs about 1.7 thousand people.
