According to the agency, MTS last year launched the “Safe Call” function (voice alert from artificial intelligence about possible fraud during a phone call) in Russia and also offers the “User Security Rating Evaluation” service. In the MTS application, this function displays the user’s security level in digital format. If the user is completely safe, the indicator turns green, and if there is a risk, the indicator turns red.
MTS, Sber and T2 also have the “Data Leak Notification” function, which allows tracking subscriber data in case of leakage into the network and making recommendations to prevent such situations.
