Previously, the complex could only operate in the infrared spectrum, but now experts have equipped it with television channels and developed new software for data processing. The result is the production of volumetric images that can be used in a variety of tasks, including searching for victims and identifying infrastructure.
The complex can be installed under the aircraft or on the ship, which significantly expands its applications. Using the modernized device, you can effectively detect peat fires, monitor the condition of forest lands, as well as detect unauthorized logging and check pipelines.
According to Shvabe Deputy Director General for Advanced Investigation Villen Baloev, new technologies will facilitate the rapid search of victims and enable more accurate monitoring of important infrastructure facilities.
