Wildberries also announced other changes related to improving operating conditions in warehouses. Therefore, the market has revised for newcomers the categories for which liability may arise: during the first month from the start of work, negative charges will not be received for some violations.
Additionally, there is now a higher cost of allowances for all employees. The company is preparing for the peak season during sales and holidays, so the volume of available tasks has increased.
In addition, the modernization of the facilities has begun: in some logo centers the changing rooms have already been improved (Wildberries made them more modern and comfortable), the canteens are preparing for changes: the design and location of the seats are changing, the number of drinks points have increased and the food is improving, “being increasingly better quality and more affordable,” the company says. Additionally, all warehouses are now equipped with wall navigation.
Additionally, Wildberries said they launched a feedback channel on the WB job application. In addition to contacting support, employees will have access to a secure channel feature to request improvements. The customer experience team will analyze the incoming messages and based on the results, together with the management of the logo centers, “new tools will be introduced to improve the quality of the conditions,” the market said.
