“Between 4:06 pm and 4:30 pm Pacific Time, ChatGPT became unavailable to all users. Access was restored to most users at 4:34 p.m., but a small number of customers were still experiencing issues as of 5 p.m., the company said in a statement.

Moscow time, the problems began at about three in the morning and lasted until half past four. The first wave of messages about the unavailability of the service, according to DownDetector, appeared at 2:57, the peak occurred at 3:13: 19,636 users complained about the problems.

Most of the complaints occurred in the United States, Denmark, Great Britain, Canada, Argentina, France and India. Other countries were less affected. In Russia, there was no access to ChatGPT until four in the morning.
