Russian shoe dry cleaning chain SneaknFresh will enter the US market

The first location is scheduled to open in New York in the first quarter of next year.

“Currently in the US market there are no network companies in the field of clothing or footwear dry cleaning. 90% of the market are small private laundries that are outdated in terms of business, speed of attention and service. We plan to take the place of the first major player in the network by opening about 10 new Sneaknfresh points in different regions of the United States by the end of 2025,” said Sneaknfresh founder Dmitry Morgunov.

As part of the launch in the United States, Sneaknfresh will not change the concept, brand or work format. The network will be equipped by analogy with Russian points: an order reception point, a workshop and a logistics department.

To work in new locations, the company will attract Sneaknfresh craftsmen who have received qualifications in Russia: they will create a training system and coordinate new employees.

Sneaknfresh opened its first dry cleaning store in March 2020. According to the company’s own data, the network currently has more than 100 points throughout Russia, the CIS, the Czech Republic and Germany.

According to the Kontur.Focus system, the SneaknFresh legal entity, Sneakfresh LLC, is owned by Dmitry Morgunov (70% of shares) and Alexander Dolgov (30%). The company’s revenue at the end of 2023 amounted to 72.2 million rubles, almost double that of 2022. The company’s net profit amounted to 17 million rubles, up from 3.2 million in 2022.
