According to a study by the Dela PR agency and the instant messaging and social media aggregator Pact, Inc., the main objective of the transition to instant messaging is a quick response to customer requests (82, 9%). Couriers are also convenient for placing orders (49%) and notifying changes in their status (50%).
About 67% of sales departments use instant messaging to answer customer questions, send emails (57%) and provide technical support during the payment and order receipt process (55%).
Communication via messaging offers additional benefits: reducing order processing time (79%) and receiving feedback (45%). Only 11%, less than 25% of transactions are made through instant messaging; For other companies surveyed, this percentage is significantly higher.
