Aeroflot announced its intention to review the remuneration system for flight attendants. As a result of the innovations, the salaries of flight attendants and stewards will be able to increase on average by 30% from March 1, 2025.

As the Russian airline writes on its Telegram channel, it is planned to increase both the base salary and additional payments for high labor productivity and the number of flights served (“raid” allowances).
Approximate rates starting next spring may look like this:
- with 60 flight hours per month: 138 thousand rubles per month for line flight attendants and 178 thousand rubles for flight attendants with management functions,
- 65 hours – 151 thousand and 194 thousand rubles, respectively,
- 85 hours – 185 thousand 242 thousand rubles.
