Sber has expanded the capabilities of the SaluteBot platform for automating digital channels of interaction with clients.

The company introduced the SaluteBot Voice solution, which allows businesses to create clear voice robots, connect them to phones and automate the processes of processing incoming calls from customers.

The new product is integrated with the GigaChat neural network model. Thanks to it, the script development process is accelerated and “a non-linear conversation with clients without the involvement of an operator” is carried out.

SaluteBot Voice has a simple visual editor that helps you create appropriate settings for processing incoming calls to solve the problems of each department of the company. Here you can also select a voice bot from a catalog of female and male voices, activate the function of the client interrupting the robot’s remarks, enable operator forwarding, and, if necessary, download audio recordings of conversations between people.

The service helps analyze communication with clients and tracks how many incoming calls were received in a given period, what part of them was handled by a voice robot without the involvement of an operator, what topics were promoted, and much more. Also in the service you can find audio recordings or text transcripts of conversations and client contacts to contact him.

To use SaluteBot Voice, you must purchase one of the tariffs for legal entities or individual entrepreneurs. Every month, everyone can take advantage of a test period (20-minute processing of incoming calls) to test the capabilities of the product and improve its level in their business processes.
