On the afternoon of November 18, Russian users complained about a technical problem in the work of the delivery operator SDEK, as follows from data on the Downdetector.su website. In total, several hundred people reported problems.

Complaints about the operation of the service began to arrive at approximately 15:45 Moscow time. The website, app, and package tracking did not work for users.
The peak of complaints occurred at 16:00 Moscow time. Until then, 595 people had reported problems, and the network failure rate reached 33.6%. Residents of the Tver region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Moscow, Moscow region, Sverdlovsk region and Karelia reported the most problems.
“During the technical work, a series of process stops were carried out for less than 15 minutes. The work affected a small number of our customers. The packages are also delivered to the collection point,” the SDEK press service informed RB.RU.
