Yandex Market introduced personal showcases for sellers, where sellers will be able to place assortments, banners, as well as use filters and promote the page using Yandex Market and Yandex Direct. This was reported in a press release from the service.

The launch of such a showcase is free for any seller on the site, regardless of product range and turnover. Showcase pages, as conceived by the service, should amass an audience around a specific product line or a specific store. Market is also developing a feature to launch its own loyalty program.

The service also highlighted that up to 3% of all purchases on the market are already made through storefronts, and those buyers who have already purchased products through them began to do so twice as often.

“Now buyers who visit the site in search of a certain brand and its assortment will search for products directly on the new display and will not see competing offers there,” said Vladimir Pernay, head of the company’s B2B department.

Previously, Yandex Market tested the storefront feature by creating the “China Finds” page, which featured more than 1 million products delivered from China.
