The security system uses the Digital Worker software platform, which combines real-time working local positioning data, process information, video surveillance and video analysis. The system is based on machine vision technology, which processes information from multiple sources and displays it in a 3D model of the workshop. This allows you to effectively monitor the location of employees and prevent them from entering hazardous areas.
The system covers critical areas at Blast Furnace No. 1, including the foundry, gas hazard areas and the railway crossing. Using video cameras and personal devices, employees receive warnings if they approach dangerous areas. This system allows us to increase safety and efficiency at MMK production facilities, moving towards the goal of zero injuries.
