As RBC reports, citing data from the UK state register of companies, the son of the founder of Bosco di Ciliegi has become the majority shareholder of Bosco Brands UK Ltd. May 29, 2024.

Previously, this share belonged to the founder and owner of Bosco di Ciliegi, Mikhail Kusnirovich. Now, among the “people with significant control,” only his son Ilya appears.

Findom Investment FZCO, registered in the United Arab Emirates, also received a share of Bosco Brands, according to a message from the company on June 12, cited by RBC.

In July 2024, an organization from the United Arab Emirates became the owner of 619 thousand ordinary shares of another Bosco structure – Investments Global Limited. Mikhail Kusnirovich owns 11.7 million common shares of Investments Global and remains the company’s majority shareholder.
