Wildberries customers earned 1 billion rubles from reviews in six months

Why should sellers use the “Rubles for Reviews” feature?

“This is especially relevant for new products, this way sellers can quickly collect feedback and stimulate interest in the new product,” explained the WB press service.

On the revision fee, the seller will have to pay VAT of 20% and the Wildberries rate, also 20%, the market’s press service explained to RB.RU.

Large companies have already begun to use the “Rubles for reviews” function, for example, Yandex promises buyers of its children’s products under the Junion brand from 200 to 3.5 thousand rubles per review. The marketplace now has a product search filter, taking into account payments for reviews.

How to get rubles with wild berries

You must post your review within five days of receiving your order. If the review does not violate Wildberries rules and passes verification, the money will be credited within two weeks. The payment is not affected by the rating that the buyer gave the product: bonuses are awarded not only for positive feedback, but users can share their real impressions about the purchase.

Points are awarded to the customer on the 15th day after leaving a review; If the review is not moderated or the buyer returns the product, the accrual will be cancelled. “Rubles for Reviews” is a permanent feature that sellers can enable in their account. For reviews with text, photos, or videos, you can specify a different number of points within the set limits.

Buyers have already taken advantage of the “Rubles for reviews” function. The first messages criticizing the technology of receiving payments for reviews appeared on the website of the iRecommend.ru recommendation system. Thus, one of the clients indicated that many reviews were blocked and she was left without the expected “discount”, after having spent time writing. After submitting complaints to technical support, it is possible to “unlock” paid reviews, but resolving the problem takes time and effort, the customer complained.
