To create the system, the method of logical-mathematical models was used, which allows calculating the probability of developing IHD based on biochemical indicators such as inflammatory, oxidative and lipid biomarkers. The software module allows the doctor to enter laboratory results and obtain a numerical value for the risk of contracting the disease. In case of average or high risk indicators, the doctor may recommend additional examinations to clarify the diagnosis.
The development was carried out at the request of the clinical research laboratory of the Research Institute of Therapeutic and Preventive Medicine (NIITPM). Scientists used data from a study involving nearly 200 patients.
To facilitate working with the results, a visualized interface was created for each biochemical indicator, showing deviations from the norm. This approach allows you to see which part of the body affects the risk of developing the disease.
