Wildberries customers will soon have the opportunity to return products to any collection point (POP). Previously, it was only possible to return goods up to the point at which the order was placed. This was reported to RB.RU by the market’s press service.

To process a return, you will need to select the product in the “Purchases” section of the Wildberries application, click on the “Return product” button and then show the generated QR code to the employee at the collection point, the company clarified.
They noted that the innovation will simplify the return procedure for customers and employees of the issuing points, reducing the processing time of requests and eliminating complex manual operations. The new tool will be available to Wildberries customers gradually and will soon be available to all users.
On December 3, the company reported that it had accelerated by an average of one and a half times the process of returning rejected merchandise to the sale at the collection point. Previously, these products were returned for sale only after arriving at the main warehouse, but now they will be checked for defects and repackaged directly at the delivery points.
