Arkady Rotenberg told RBC that his company Vizant Group has begun to implement an investment project to build the Rachel hotel complex (in honor of the billionaire’s mother) on the territory of the Zhemchuzhina sanatorium in Yalta with a pedestrian bridge to the Swallow’s Nest .

The complex will include two hotels, five stars with 180 rooms and four with 140, not counting conference rooms, as well as four restaurants, a medical center and event spaces. The estimated traffic volume is 100 thousand people per year.
This is not the Vizant Group’s first hotel project; manages Dulber, Ai-Petri, Miskhor, Morskoy Surf, Rodnya, Dacha Rakhmaninov and Dacha Tchaikovsky.
Rottenberg announced his intention to invest in Zhemchuzhina in 2021, then it was said that 15 billion rubles would be invested in all projects, of which 6 billion would be invested in Zhemchuzhina.
Public areas will also be built around the hotel complex: “New points of attraction open to the public will appear.” The project is designed for two years; The reconstruction is expected to be completed in 2027.
According to the Russian magazine Forbes, Arkady Rotenberg, with a fortune of 4 billion dollars, is ranked 35th in the ranking of the richest Russians.
