According to the director of the institute, Ivan Oseledets, the system can replace searching on the Internet: it is enough to describe complaints and the algorithm will ask additional questions and recommend a suitable specialist. He also noted that the assistant is already superior to the average specialist in terms of efficiency.
Oseledets said that the new vehicle focuses on fast and convenient use. The program works as a consultant, eliminating the need for users to independently understand medical information. This can shorten your search time and help you avoid mistakes when choosing a doctor.
The project will be presented at the AI Journey international conference in Moscow, where they will demonstrate how the technology can be used in medicine. The developers are confident that such an assistant will be useful not only for patients, but also for medical organizations, increasing the accessibility of the first consultation.
