The peak of complaints about the work of Promsvyazbank occurred at 10:00 Moscow time. At that time, 136 customers had reported an outage. Reports of problems came from the Trans-Baikal Territory, Udmurtia, the Yaroslavl region, the Rostov region, Moscow and the Moscow region.
