And I hope that others will make mistakes first, and then Apple will come and “show everyone how it’s done.” It even got to the point where Apple top executives announced the positions.
If this rule existed before, it has ceased to apply in the last few years. There is no other way to explain Vision Pro, much less Apple Intelligence. This is against the backdrop of absolutely all the decisions of most other smartphone manufacturers and, especially, Google, the release of Apple Intelligence is laughter through tears.

Almost the entire brain ignored the neural network trend – perhaps in hopes of a “revolutionary”, tortured multi-billion dollar Vision Pro project. And when it became clear that it was not working, they forced all the teams inside to literally give birth to the product and launched the result with half a kick, like the sweet singing of marketers.
I don’t think that by the summer or even the fall of 2025, attitudes towards Apple Intelligence will change in any way towards deviation. All the functionality that was announced in the summer of 2024 and will be released by this time does not cause concern among most users – and is already significantly behind the progress of other companies, including Google and even Samsung.
Against this background, it is sad to read information that the development of iOS 19 is in trouble due to the rush of the Apple team to release the promised Apple Intelligence features in the next versions of iOS 18.
