The Yclients service has introduced a purchasing function via a smartphone. It will allow companies to accept payments with bank cards without a terminal, according to a statement from the service received by RB.RU.

The maintenance of banking terminals costs a company an average of 30 thousand rubles per year, noted the director of Yclients, Igor Bronin. “The new feature makes life easier for entrepreneurs. All customer service is now in one app. There is no need to go anywhere, you can forget about reconciling payment records and checks,” he emphasized.
To make a payment, the client must attach a bank card to an Android smartphone with NFC support and the Yclients application installed. Payment data “is transmitted encrypted and protected in accordance with international standards,” the statement states.
The feature was developed in collaboration with Russian fintech service 2can. “This decision is not only a matter of convenience, but also of freedom of choice for entrepreneurs, which is especially important in a rapidly changing world,” said the head of the service, Dmitry Bogdashev.
The Yclients service is not the first softPOS system on the Russian market. Delobank tested a similar solution based on NSPK technologies together with the Fast Payment System (FPS). The bank noted that any Android-based smartphone with NFC module can be converted into a full-fledged PoS terminal.
One of the first softPoS offerings on the market was the PSB product: to connect the functionality of the payment terminal, all that was necessary was to remotely sign an agreement with the bank and install the application on a smartphone.
